Cash Flow V1.0: Actual Balance = Awarded Value − Actual Spending. Financial Progress = Actual Spending ÷ Awarded Value × 100. Pending Approval remains separate. Smart Import is duplicate-safe: re-importing the same Project / Tower / S.No. / Activity updates the existing line instead of creating another copy.

Import one worksheet at a time and map it to the correct Project / Tower when those fields are not present in Excel.
Accepted fields: S.No., Activity, Project, Tower, Budget as per Initial Quotation, Awarded Value / Budgeted Value, Actual Spending, Pending Approval, Actual Progress, Financial Progress and Remarks. All and Overall are treated as the same scope and are stored as Overall / All Towers. A Default Tower is used only when the Excel Tower cell is blank. Balance and Financial Progress are recalculated by the backend.

Cost Control V2.1: BOQ items are linked to the existing Project → Tower / Block → Floor / Area master hierarchy. Contract and certified values are calculated from Qty × Rate. Revised Value = Contract Amount + Variation.
